WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE SHIPPED?
WE ARE IN PRE-ORDER STATUS UNTIL AUGUST 1ST
All orders placed before August 1st will begin regular shipping practices on that day.
Orders placed on the weekend and holidays are processed on the next business day.
WHAT SHOULD I DO IF MY ORDER SAYS DELIVERED BUT I HAVE NOT RECEIVED IT?
Please contact the carrier with your tracking info to find the discrepancy.
We do not offer refunds for any lost, damaged, or delayed packages caused by any carrier.
WHAT TO DO WHEN MY ITEMS SAY THEY HAVE BEEN RETURNED TO SENDER
This most likely means you have entered an incorrect shipping address.
No worries, please send an email to email@example.com and request us to resend your items.
You will need to pay for shipping for us to reship the items back out to you.
Due to COVID-19 virus and social distancing practices orders may take 7-16 business days to process and ship.

Yes, we ship internationally but please allow 7-21 business days for your items to be processed and shipped, Thank you.
WHAT HAPPENS WHEN MY ORDER IS CANCELLED?
Due to the possibility of the card information being incorrect; I.e., the billing and shipping do not match, may flag as fraudulent.
With that being said, we do not ship orders that register in our system as fraudulent.
Simply double-check with your merchant/bank that your billing and shipping are correct and then you may reorder on our site.
Other reasons may result in the product of choice being out of stock or no longer being sold.
REFUNDS, RETURNS, EXCHANGES
At this time, we do not offer refunds on any orders for any reason.
All sales are final.
We may be able to take RETURNS in EXCHANGE for the same product.
